The full four-bedroom villa books from $24,000 MXN a night. Added to that night are the $4,000 final cleaning as a single fee, the additional guest when the group goes above eight, and the two taxes required by law in Baja California Sur. None of those items appears afterward: the complete total is assembled on screen before you pay, with your dates in place.

Four bedrooms that can also be three, or one.
Casa Marvela does not oblige you to rent more house than you need. The full villa opens all four bedrooms across the two levels; the ground-floor residence leaves three on a single level; the penthouse leaves one upstairs. The rate follows the configuration, and not the other way around.

The two units connected by the private elevator, rented as one house. A standard of eight guests and a maximum of twelve, with two additional folding beds.

Everything on one level, with a garage for two cars. A standard of six guests and a maximum of eight, also with two additional folding beds.
The penthouse, one bedroom
On the upper level, with its own garage for two cars. A standard of two guests and a maximum of four. It is the configuration for those traveling as a couple.
The bathroom with a tub
A tub and a glass shower, for the end of a day of sand and salt. It is the detail most appreciated on the way back from the beach.
The amenities are already on the other side of the garden.

The operator's mark stays discreet.
Casa Marvela is unit 101 of Playa de La Paz: the beachfront residence the developer of the complex kept for himself. Today it is run by Trip&homes and belongs to their Branded Residences Collection. You do not need to know that in order to sleep here, but we prefer to say it.

Can it be rented smaller?
Yes. The three-bedroom ground floor and the one-bedroom penthouse are rented separately, on request.
What does the nightly rate cover?
The night for the full villa. Separate from it are the $4,000 final cleaning and the additional guest from the ninth onward.
And the taxes?
16% VAT and the 4% Baja California Sur lodging tax, added to the subtotal and already inside the total.
How is payment made?
