The full four-bedroom villa books from $24,000 MXN a night. To the night are added the $4,000 Cleaning Fee, the additional guest from the ninth onward, and the two taxes required by law in Baja California Sur. All of it is assembled on screen, with your dates in place, before you confirm.

Four bedrooms that can also be three, or one.
Casa Marvela opens to the size of the journey. The full villa takes both levels; the ground-floor residence leaves three bedrooms on one floor; the penthouse leaves one above, with the bay in front of it. The rate follows the configuration chosen.

Both units gathered by the private elevator and handed over as a single house. Standard of eight guests and a maximum of twelve, with two additional folding beds.

The whole house on one floor, with a private garage for two cars. Standard of six guests and a maximum of eight, also with two additional folding beds.
The penthouse, one bedroom
On the first floor, with its own garage for two cars. Standard of two guests and a maximum of four. The configuration for those travelling as a couple.
The bathroom with a tub
A tub and a glass shower, for the end of a day of sand and salt. It is the detail most appreciated on the way back from the beach.
The amenities begin on the other side of the garden.

The mark of the operator stays discreet.
Casa Marvela is unit 101 of Playa de La Paz: the beachfront residence the developer of the community kept for himself. Today it is run by Trip&homes and belongs to its Branded Villas Collection. We say so because whoever books deserves to know who they are dealing with.

How many sleep in the house?
Eight guests across the four bedrooms of the villa, and up to twelve with the two additional folding beds.
Can it be booked smaller?
Yes. The three-bedroom ground floor from $17,000 MXN a night and the one-bedroom penthouse from $10,000, both booked and paid online.
What does the nightly rate include?
The night for the full villa. Separate from it are the $4,000 Cleaning Fee and the additional guest from the ninth onward.
And the taxes?
16% VAT and the 4% Baja California Sur lodging tax, added to the subtotal and already inside the total.
How is payment made?
By card on the same booking screen, charged in Mexican pesos with immediate confirmation, or by transfer, asking us for the details on the published WhatsApp.
