The place
La Paz, at kilometre 6.5 of the Escénica to Pichilingue.
The house is not in the centre of the city. It is inside a gated beachfront residence community, with the community beach a few steps from the door and the highway to Pichilingue as its street.
El Caimancito
The community beach. It is reached along the garden walkways, without crossing a single street, and the water is the Sea of Cortez at its stillest.
The highway to Pichilingue
The house is at kilometre 6.5 of the Escénica, on the highway rather than in the centre. You arrive by car and leave it in the garage of the house, which holds two.
The Sea of Cortez
The water seen from the living room, from the dining room and through the arches of the terrace. The beach club kayaks launch from that same shore.
Playa de La Paz
The community Casa Marvela is unit 101 of: gated, twenty-four-hour security, gardens, infinity pool, beach club, gym and tennis court.
