Casa Marvela is represented only by authorized agencies and advisors who hold a formal agreement in writing with us. If you look after travelers seeking a beachfront house in La Paz, write to us and we will explain the terms we have prepared for you and for your client.
Authorization in writing
We formalize an agreement with each authorized agency, with defined terms and a defined period. Outside that agreement, the house is not offered.
Dealing with the operator
You write to the Trip&homes team that administers Casa Marvela, not to a call center. Whatever is agreed is put in writing.
